SONA: ” Let’s grow South Africa together as we celebrate 25 years of freedom”

Ever since the the results of the 2019 elections, South African’s have been looking to have the country’s challenges dealt with from the root.

With the 2019 theme ” Let’s grow South Africa together as we celebrate 25 years of freedom”, South African’s will be tuning in as the second part of the State of Nation Address (SONA), from the red carpet ceremony, the state ceremony, to the President’s SONA speech.

This is how this will be broken down

The red carpet event will take place at 17:00-18:30

The state ceremony will follow at 18:30-19:00

Finally the much-anticipated speech, the SONA 2019 speech which will take place at 19:00-21:00

We are counting down the hours where President of the Republic of South Africa, Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa will be addressing South Africans among other things- about the ailing economy and soaring unemployment.

This is the first SONA of the 6th parliament.
