SAIEE: Taking students through the real world of work and entrepreneurship

The south African Institute of Electrical Engineering together with Pendo Energy Solutions and Matleng Energy solutions, at the Univeristy of Johannesburg Kingsway Campus took students through the real world of work and entrepreneurship.

Students got the chance to sit in and experience first hand the dynamics of an interview process, requirements for a successful interview and criteria.

From Matleng Energy Solutions was, CEO Corrie van der Wath and design engineer Petrus Kheswa. From Pendo Energy solutions was senior technical manager Louan Schlebusch.

These industry experts created real ife experiences of interview processes to get graduates ready for the workplace.

Industry experts and entrepreneurs passed on their knowledge and experiences to future entrepreneurs, channeling students to be prepared and become competent enough build successful empires.
