Students can now access help to reset their NSFAS wallet through the newly launched NSFAS chat.
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) launched “NSFAS chat” which is now available to assist students to reset their NSFAS wallet accounts.
This is how you can reset your NSFAS wallet account:
- Log into your myNSFAS account, if you do not have an account, you can register by on the NSFAS website.
- Once logged into myNSFAS account, click on NSFAS connect
- Click on the chat box in the right corner of the screen
- Specify that you would like to reset your NSFAS wallet account
- Provide the agent with your cellphone number to verify your details
- You will receive a one time pin (OTP) which you need to provide the agent
- A message will be sent to your cellphone from your NSFAS wallet account
- Follow the prompts on your screen to complete to reset process
