Minister of Higher Education Naledi Pandor joined other dignitaries to congratulate Professor Chris Nhlapo, who was inaugurated as Cape Peninsula University of Technology vice-chancellor, at the Bellville campus on Wednesday.
Amongst those who attended the event were Universities SA chief executive Ahmed Bawa, CPUT Student Representative Council general secretary Sihle Ngxabi.
