The University of Johannesburg (UJ) has introduced a new intelligent digital assistant or chatbot to assist with responding to student’s enquiries

The new intelligent digital assistant or chatbot was introduced to cater to students general enquiries.

” This chatbot  has now been enhanced through the integration of our student administration systems to offer applicants and students a new self-service option.”

With MoUJi, prospective students or registered students, alumni and guests who are interested in UJ can get answers to all enquiries related to the University at a click.

The new enhanced chatbox provides applicants or students with personal details and assists to amend contact details, view academic and residence admission statuses, and access class timetables, examination results and financial statements.

Students can access the new self- service feature using their student number and password or pin.

” Accessing UJ’s digital assistant or chatbot is easy. You will find it at the bottom right-hand side of UJ’s home page.”
